Shipping

  • Shipping costs are based on your shipping address and will be calculated on the checkout page.
  • Once an order has been shipped, an email will be sent to the email address provided on the order with your shipment's tracking information. Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery of their shipment once the order has left our warehouse.
  • Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. We are also not able to change the shipping address or the shipping method selected. If there is a mistake with the address entered during ordering, please immediately email us at ben@condition.studio
  • If the order is dispatched to a wrongly entered shipping address, Condition Studio will not be responsible for retrieving the package. However should the package be returned to our warehouse, we will happily resend the package for a fee that must be paid prior to dispatch.
  • While we will not be held liable for lost or stolen packages after they have left our warehouse, we will do our best to help track down the package with our courier. 
  • Our current estimate is that your order will be processed and dispatch out within 1-2 business days.
  • Delivery can take longer during busier holiday periods.
  • All deliveries must go to a postal address and not a PO Box.

 Please Note

  • Due to the current global COVID situation, shipping may take longer than usual.
  • We endeavour to provide the best customer experience possible. On the rare occasion that your package is delivered damaged or opened, please take a photo of the package before checking the contents inside. Kindly submit a claim directly via the courier used to ship your order. Please also contact us immediately at ben@condition.studio for us to assist in the process.

 

Return Policy

Items purchased online are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds, but items may be returned for exchange or store credit.

To initiate your return, please email ben@condition.studio referencing your order number and your reason for the return/exchange. Our team will get back to you within 1-2 business days. Returned/exchanged items must be in original condition, unworn with original packaging and tags. Once we receive your return, a credit will be sent via email that can be used towards your next purchase online.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
